Rental Terms and Conditions
When renting any equipment from Audio Visual Innovations, you are required to meet the following terms and conditions:
- Equipment will at all times remain the property of Audio Visual Innovations (AVI).
- Renter has examined the equipment upon receiving and found it in good condition.
- Renter returns the equipment in the condition they received it, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Renter will return at once to Audio Visual Innovations any equipment not functioning normally.
- Rental charges are based on the length of time equipment is in renter's possession, whether in use or not.
- The renter pays actual shipping costs.
- A $500.00 deposit to renter's credit card will be required. Once equipment is returned, deposit will be credited back to card.
- All rental orders under $500.00 must be paid by credit card.
- MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and American Express are accepted.
